**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Hibachi Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in the art of hibachi cooking and passionate about delivering an entertaining and delicious dining experience. As a Hibachi Chef, you will perform live cooking demonstrations, prepare meals to order, and interact with guests to enhance their dining experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and cook hibachi-style dishes, including steak, seafood, chicken, and vegetables, using a grill or hibachi table.

- Perform live cooking demonstrations with flair and showmanship, engaging guests and creating an enjoyable atmosphere.

- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to restaurant standards and recipes.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the hibachi grill and surrounding surfaces.

- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and proper storage.

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and maintaining a positive attitude.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Hibachi Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.

- Proficient in hibachi cooking techniques and grill operation.

- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality dishes.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
