Office Shipping Assistant Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$20.00 /hour
Part Time work available
Various shifts available (11:00am to 04:00pm)

Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Pack items for shipment, ensuring they are securely packaged.
Maintain, organize and up-to-date filing systems.
Provide office assistance, including data entry and administrative support.
Respond to customer service inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist in inventory organization.
Lift and move packages weighing up to 40 pounds.

Office Shipping Assistant Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous 1 year experience in an office, administrative is required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to follow written protocols and procedures.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Computer proficiency, including familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds.
