JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking SENIOR SALES REP that is ready to join our fast growing company! As a senior sales rep, you will be traveling to meet with business owners for a face-to-face consultation for POSTRON POS and Merchant Services. During consultations, you will be expected to present key information, build report, meet merchant’s unique needs, and finalize agreements of our credit card processing services and equipment solutions to all potential merchants. Compensation consists of a base salary, commission, and residual income. High performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings based on effort and results. Sales training will be provided to the following skills.

Develop new clients through prospecting and in-house leads.
Self-source outside referrals and leads.
Develop and execute sales strategies; utilize available resources effectively.
Achieving revenue growth and goals set by the company.
Fully understand the significant behind the merchant processing services, Point-of-Sales System and other Postron POS products and services.
The ability to incorporate AI tools and technologies into the sales process to improve efficiency, customer engagement, lead generation, and overall sales performance.
Using the company system to develop and maintain a comprehensive management process and supporting documentation.
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
Strong work ethic and professional attitude, highly motivated and success-driven.

Responsibilities:

Present, promote and sell products/services using reasoned arguments to existing and prospective customers showing them how our products/services make their businesses better.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through lead generation and cold calling initiatives.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Strong work ethic and professional attitude, highly motivated and success-driven

Preferred skills:

Experience in selling Merchant processing or Point of Sale system or related fields
Background in Retail/Restaurant B2B sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin; Multilingual is a BIG plus
Strong negotiation and influence skills
Effective planning, time management and organizational skills
Must have legal working status
5 + years in sales experience required
