An injector role where the math actually works
Most injector ads say "competitive pay plus commission" and make you interview to find out what that means. We will just show you the plan.
4Ever Young is a physician-led anti-aging and wellness clinic in the West Houston area. Injectables sit alongside hormone therapy, medical weight loss, IV vitamin therapy, and functional medicine, which means a built-in flow of wellness patients who already trust the practice and an established injectable patient base ready to rebook with the right injector. You are not building a book from a cold start.
The earnings, in plain numbers
- Base pay: $45 to $60 per hour on a 4-day, 32-hour week, depending on experience, certifications, and whether you bring an established patient following. A verified book puts you at the top of the range. Houston average for an aesthetic injector is about $37; our floor starts above it.
- Tiered injectable commission: 10% on your monthly collected injectable revenue up to $15,000, 14% from $15,001 to $30,000, and 18% on every dollar above $30,000. Paid on collected revenue, not billed, and written into your individual incentive plan, not a handshake.
- Daily production bonus: $100 for every day your injectable collections hit $2,500.
- Retail commission: 10% on collected retail revenue.
- Enrollment incentives: $25 per new membership signup and $50 per new wellness program enrollment.
The math on a 4-day week: at $30,000 per month in injectable production, commission alone is $3,600 per month on top of base. At $45,000, the plan pays over $7,500 per month in incentives. Realistic all-in earnings for a full-time injector run $110,000 to $160,000+, there is no cap, and the full plan is put in writing before you accept an offer.
Bringing a book? We built a transition incentive specifically for injectors bringing volume, on top of everything above. Tell us about your following in your application and we will show you the numbers at the first conversation.
Benefits
- Health insurance
- 401(k)
- Paid time off
- Continuing education allowance for advanced certifications and training
- Free and discounted treatments and employee pricing on retail
Why injectors choose us over the chains
- Compliant delegation that protects your license: you inject under physician delegation with documented protocols and provider assessment per Texas Medical Board rules. The structure is already built and run properly, which is not something every med spa can say.
- A book that rebuilds fast: an active membership base, wellness patients cross-referred daily, and an existing injectable clientele.
- A voice in the program: owner-operated, not a 200-location chain. You will help choose the products, devices, and protocols we add next.
- Room to grow: lead injector responsibility and input on the aesthetics service line as it expands.
What you will do
- Administer neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers, including HA fillers and biostimulators, under physician-directed protocols and provider treatment orders
- Run consultations that build trust: facial assessment, realistic expectations, and treatment plan presentations patients say yes to
- Document treatments, dosing, and outcomes in our EMR and take before/after photos
- Educate patients on pre- and post-care and follow up on results
- Rebook patients on treatment-appropriate intervals and refer to wellness services where they fit
- Maintain injection room standards, manage product inventory and cold chain, and follow HIPAA and medical compliance policies
What you bring
- Active, unencumbered Texas RN license with a clean board history (or compact license valid in Texas)
- 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience with neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers, including HA fillers and biostimulators
- Allergan or Galderma training strongly preferred
- Strong consultative selling and treatment plan presentation skills; this role carries daily collections targets and pays on production
- BLS certification and formal injection training
- PDO threads, PRP/PRF, and IV therapy experience are a plus
- An existing Houston-area patient following is a plus, and it moves you to the top of the base range
Schedule
- Full-time: 4 days per week (32 hours), with room to extend to 5 days as volume grows
- Clinic hours: Tuesday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm
