Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional services to our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests through personalized consultations and tailored treatments.

Duties

Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, and body treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Conduct thorough skin assessments and provide recommendations for home care products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment room and work areas to ensure a safe environment for clients.
Engage with clients to provide excellent guest services, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Upsell additional services and products based on client needs and preferences to enhance their experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide clients with innovative options.
Participate in product demos and promotions to educate clients about new offerings.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Skills

Strong guest service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
Ability to effectively upsell services and products while maintaining a positive guest experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to clients.
Comfortable with public speaking.
Able to retain clients and rebook services consistently.
A passion for skincare and beauty, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development in the field.
