Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-energy, multi-talented professional to perform both front- and back-end business operations. In this versatile role, you will be the voice of our brand in multiple ways—balancing telephone customer service, order entry, and active social media engagement. This is the ideal role for a quick learner who loves variety, balances multiple projects with ease, and possesses a "roll-up-your-sleeves" team attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Support: Act as a primary point of contact for inbound calls and emails. Professionally resolve inquiries ranging from customer order status to detailed product information and availability for both retail consumers and B2B wholesale clients.
Data Entry & Systems Management: Promptly process and enter customer orders with high precision. Master and maintain our core internal platforms, including WooCommerce and HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity.
Social Media & Brand Engagement: Assist in developing, drafting, and publishing interactive social media posts. Monitor, moderate, and respond to product and seller reviews to cultivate an active online brand community.
Operations Support: Assist with specialized requests, operational reporting (weekly/monthly updates), and product return reconciliations.
All-Hands Team Collaboration: Cross-train in primary warehouse functions to assist with order fulfillment (pick, pack, ship), inventory audits, shelf replenishment during peak windows and occasional trade show participation. We operate as a team, and everyone pitches in to keep work spaces neat and organized!

What We Look For (Qualifications):

Proven experience in customer service, internal support, or administrative operations.
Strong verbal communication skills (comfortable and confident on the phone) and sharp, professional writing skills for email and social media text.
Solid digital literacy: comfortable navigating productivity ecosystems (G-Suite, Microsoft Office) and a strong adaptability to learn tools like HubSpot and WooCommerce.
Excellent organizational skills with an innate ability to self-manage autonomous workflows.
An interest in or passion for baking, the culinary arts, premium chocolate, or gourmet foods is strongly preferred!
Accountable, punctual, and possesses a naturally positive, team-first attitude.
