Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Associate with a positive attitude to be one of the welcoming faces of our hotel. This energetic role involves managing front office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills to create a positive experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle multiple programs to check guests in and out efficiently.
Maintain organized filing systems and manage document proofing to ensure clarity and professionalism
Assist with client communication via email or phone, providing excellent customer support and support for administrative inquiries
Maintain cleanliness of lobby and front desk area

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
Excellent computer literacy including typing speed, proofreading ability, and technical proficiency with productivity tools
Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
Prior experience working as a receptionist or in customer service roles is advantageous
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and office equipment operation is essential
Demonstrated professionalism in phone communication and client interaction while maintaining high levels of productivity

There is availability for our 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and overnight 11pm-7am shifts.
