We are looking for a full-time Administrative Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, greeting clients, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and performing general administrative and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
Schedule appointments and manage Microsoft Outlook calendars.
Maintain project database and client portal database.
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Receive and redirect incoming project data.
Scan and assemble completed projects.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
Provide general office support to staff members.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with special projects as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
