Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and a strong background in the food industry. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.

Duties:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute menus
- Oversee kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation
- Ensure high-quality dishes are served on time
- Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Contribute to the development of new recipes
- Uphold food safety standards and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment
- Knowledge of food service management and kitchen operations
- Strong cooking skills with experience in fine dining
- Familiarity with menu planning and execution
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of inventory control practices and cost management

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a dietary department or similar setting
- Background in restaurant management
