To this date EV's Republic occupies a leading position in the US market in the repair of Tesla electric vehicles as a not authorized 3rd party aftermarket service. EV'S REPUBLIC is looking for an experienced Auto Parts Manager to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. If you are interested in becoming a part of an excellent service team supporting the latest EV technology, we are interested in hearing from you.

What You’ll Do
Responsibilities:

Researching and purchasing automotive parts at the most cost-effective prices while considering quality, delivery timelines, and supplier reliability.
Monitoring competitor pricing and listings on online marketplaces to improve competitiveness and increase company revenue.
Responding to customer inquiries on online platforms in a timely and professional manner and assisting with sales support.
Performing additional administrative and operational tasks related to the parts department as assigned by management.
Ensuring compliance with company standards regarding documentation, inventory control, and online sales operations.
Supporting the profitability of the department by effectively managing purchasing costs, minimizing expenses, and increasing sales margins.
Performing any other duties necessary to support the efficient operation of the parts department and warehouse.
Conducting market analysis and regularly comparing supplier pricing to reduce company purchasing expenses.
Preparing, processing, and issuing invoices for purchased parts and related services.
Monitoring timely order processing, confirming deliveries, and tracking shipment statuses.
Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory in accordance with company procedures.
Conducting regular inventory counts, verifying stock levels, and identifying shortages, discrepancies, or excess inventory.
Ensuring proper labeling, storage, and organization of parts within the warehouse.
Coordinating with the service department to ensure timely availability of required parts and minimize repair delays.
Sourcing alternative and more budget-friendly parts without compromising quality or safety standards.
Assisting in developing pricing strategies for parts sales to maximize company profitability through effective markup management.
Preparing reports related to purchases, sales, inventory levels, and parts profitability.
Handling returns, warranty claims, and exchanges with suppliers.
Maintaining professional relationships with suppliers and negotiating improved pricing and cooperation terms.
Managing company accounts on online platforms such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Amazon, OfferUp, and others, including posting listings, updating product information, monitoring pricing, and processing orders.

What You’ll Bring
Requirements:

Previous automotive parts experience required
Understanding automotive components and systems
Understanding the assembly/disassembly of parts
Be transparent, willing to learn and take ownership to improve work processes
Valid Driver's License
