Compensation: $125,000–$150,000

About the Opportunity

I’m looking for an experienced Associate Chiropractor to join my growing practice in Sacramento, CA. This is a full-time opportunity offering a $125,000–$150,000 base salary, plus bonus and commission opportunities based on quarterly metrics.

You’ll work Monday through Friday, averaging 31–40 hours per week, with an expected volume of 240–250 patient visits per week. Doctors typically spend 1–3 minutes per patient.

What You’ll Do

Perform patient consultations and examinations
Take patient X-rays and provide Reports of Findings
Present care recommendations and financial plans
Provide chiropractic adjustments
Conduct re-exams and recommend ongoing care
Deliver therapy, rehabilitation, and exercise instruction
Provide nutritional and supplementation guidance
Incorporate functional medicine into patient care
Participate in professional development and seminars

We primarily utilize Full Spine Diversified, along with Activator and Drop techniques. A California X-ray certificate is required.

I’m looking for someone who is an entrepreneur, business builder, and caregiver—a chiropractor who is confident clinically, comfortable in a high-volume environment, and interested in building something long term.

Each doctor runs their own practice within the clinic, giving you the opportunity to develop your own patient base and business while still being part of a collaborative environment. I’m also willing to train the right associate.

Requirements:

Active California chiropractic license
California X-ray certification
Minimum 2-year commitment
Out-of-state candidates are not being considered
