Manager, Actuarial Support Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Manager, Actuarial Support Analyst to lead a team supporting rate development, regulatory filings, and cross-functional analytics initiatives within a growing property and casualty insurance organization. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in actuarial support, product development, or insurance operations who enjoys leading teams, managing projects, and collaborating across departments to drive successful implementation and execution.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a team of actuarial support analysts supporting product and actuarial functions.
Oversee rate table development, regulatory filings, and supporting documentation.
Partner with product, actuarial, and technology teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely, accurate delivery of key initiatives.
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management for team members.
Support the implementation and maintenance of insurance products and rating structures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

5+ years of experience in insurance, actuarial support, product management, or product development.
Strong understanding of insurance rate development and product structures.
Experience collaborating across product, actuarial, and technology teams.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Progress toward actuarial credentialing is preferred but not required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $100,000 - $145,000 annually.
Bonus opportunity.
Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
Fully remote opportunity; preference for Central or Eastern time zones.
