We are seeking an experienced Designer who is creative, analytical, and able to design and sell relevant spaces that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience, be a team player, and be able to multitask and manage multiple projects with grace.
As an Designer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining consistent company standards and protecting the company's reputation
- Employ tactful salesmanship and business acumen to determine a client’s goals, earn their trust and build a relationship that will finish strong
- Perform accurate site measures, excellent product planning, and flawless material speccing and fitment
- Create kitchen/bathroom/interior designs with CAD and dynamically present designs to clients through design reviews
- Oversee client journey from consultation to project completion utilizing CRM systems daily to ensure thorough team communications and timely deliverables
- Maintain a pulse on projects from inception to completion, solving unforeseen problems before/after they happen, and working with clients/vendors/contractors to achieve positive outcomes.
- Applying knowledge of construction materials and practices to best execute the plan
- Placing accurate requests for made-to-order products
