Full Job Description

Position Summary

The Director, Web Strategy & User Experience is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and performance of our three external-facing websites. This role will drive a long-term web roadmap that supports organizational goals, enhances user experience, and helps strengthen our online presence.

As the primary owner of the organization's web ecosystem, you'll partner with leaders, stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver engaging, accessible, and high-performing web experiences. You'll oversee website strategy, governance, optimization, analytics, major web initiatives, and budget recommendations, ensuring our websites continue to meet the evolving needs of our audiences.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a multi-year web strategy and roadmap.
Lead the management, optimization, and governance of three external-facing websites.
Champion an exceptional user experience through improvements in site functionality, accessibility, content, and performance.
Lead website redesigns, enhancements, and platform upgrades.
Use analytics, user insights, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize web initiatives and deliver business value.
Manage agency and vendor relationships, including project oversight and budget recommendations.
Lead and develop a high-performing team while serving as the organization's web strategy and user experience expert.

What You'll Bring

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of marketing experience including web strategy, business management, strategic marketing planning and digital marketing.
5+ years of supervisory and people leadership experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

Pay: $89,633.00 per year
