Full Job Description

Job Overview:

NutraCoast Supplements is looking for a fast paced, detail-oriented individual capable of following processes to accomplish the best in quality supplements. This individual should be willing and able to comply with all operating standards and procedures in a growing production facility. They will be producing and assembling products according to specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure the products produced by NutraCoast achieve the highest quality possible.
Prep and package products ensuring that the company’s product quality standards are met.
Accurately label, weight, and fill various packaging with the required supplements.
Assemble and disassemble and sanitize all process equipment.
Maintain clean and organized work area.
Obtains raw ingredients and other necessary materials to perform work and properly documents raw material usage.
Completes production sheets and associated paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner.
Maintains solid communication with Production Associates and Operations Manager.
Washes and sanitizes all equipment using allergen cleansing protocols.
Follows all instructions and complies with all new policies or standards of operation.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and completes work in a timely manner.
Able to deal with and adapt to frequent change, delays, or unexpected events and react well under pressure in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
Observes safety and security procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditions.
Complete maintenance tasks, as required.

Job Requirements:

Preferred 1 year experience in production operation.
High school diploma.
Driven and detail oriented.
Basic math skills.
Able to lift to 50 Ibs.
Ability to bend, stoop or stand for the entire working day.

The pay will start at $17/hr. with the possibility of an increase after 90 days based on merit. It will be based on these factors:

Perfect attendance
Good work ethic
Good attitude
Good overall performance and productivity

We are looking for self starting individuals who are capable of taking initiative and keeping themselves busy if the opportunity arises. We want team players with no issue doing the tasks assigned to them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
