Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the chiropractic office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the phone system
- Assist with patient intake, including collecting and updating patient information
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing patient records
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their questions and concerns

-Administer therapeutic modalities, including e-stim, ultrasound, and laser therapy under chiropractor/physician direction

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a chiropractic setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers, and ability to learn new software
