Executive Assistant

Location: Hybrid (primarily remote with some errands in St. Johns County)

Compensation: $25–35/hour + performance bonuses

About Me

I’m a top-producing Realtor specializing in relocation to St. Johns County, Florida. My business has grown into much more than real estate—I run one of the fastest-growing relocation communities in the area, create educational content for families moving here, and I’m constantly building new systems, partnerships, and opportunities.

I’m looking for someone who wants to help build something exceptional—not someone looking for a typical assistant job.

Responsibilities

Every day will look a little different, but responsibilities may include:

Managing my calendar and priorities
Email management and follow-up
Organizing projects and keeping them moving
CRM management
Building and documenting systems
Creating workflows and automations
Coordinating with my transaction coordinator and virtual assistant
Managing vendors and contractors
Assisting with relocation Facebook communities
Helping launch new business initiatives
Researching solutions and making recommendations
Tracking business metrics
Event planning
Personal assistant tasks as needed
Keeping me focused on my highest-value activities
