Front Desk Coordinator — Part-Time
The Joint Chiropractic - St Augustine
Part-time | Hourly + Commission | Sales | Health & Wellness

You care about people's health. You're energized by connecting with others, and you know how to have a real conversation about why wellness matters. If that sounds like you, we'd love for you to bring that passion to The Joint Chiropractic - St Augustine as a Wellness Coordinator — our title for this front desk role.

This position is equal parts hospitality, sales, and community-building. You'll be the first face patients see when they walk through our door — and the reason many of them keep coming back. You'll help people understand the life-changing value of consistent chiropractic care, guide them into the right membership plan, and keep our clinic running smoothly every shift.

You'll earn a competitive hourly rate with commission tied to membership sales, so strong performers are rewarded for their results. And as a team member, you'll have access to free chiropractic care — because we believe in what we do.

NOTE: This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone with at least one year of sales or customer-facing experience who is ready to hit the ground running.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Welcome members and new patients and create a warm, professional first impression
Present and sell wellness memberships and visit packages with confidence
Guide patients through check-in and manage clinic flow efficiently
Answer phones and respond to inquiries about services, pricing, and memberships
Re-engage lapsed members and follow up on open leads
Educate patients on the benefits of regular chiropractic care
Support local marketing efforts and community outreach events
Keep the clinic clean, organized, and patient-ready at all times
Keep management informed of patient concerns and member feedback

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

At least 1 year of sales, retail, or customer service experience (required)
High school diploma or GED
Comfortable using point-of-sale software and basic computer tools
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
A genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping others
A team player who brings positive energy to every shift
Marketing or community outreach experience is a plus
