RTL Equipment, Inc. is looking to hire skilled salesman focused on the Aggregate lines within RTL Equipment. This Minneapolis based position is full-time with a base salary and commission structure. RTL Equipment, Inc. is a heavy construction equipment dealer with locations in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Big Lake, and Omaha. RTL is an authorized distributor of cranes, excavators, wheel loaders, compact construction equipment, and aggregate equipment. Over the past 25 years, RTL has developed a reputation as one of the premier dealerships in the Midwest offering premier brands such as Tadano, Demag, Kobelco, Develon, Terex Powerscreen, Inertia, Edge, Kafka, MultiQuip, Wacker Neuson and Xtreme.

Originally founded in Iowa, RTL Equipment completed the acquisition of Theco, Inc.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and develop customer relationships with current and potential customers in assigned territory

· Quote, Sell and Rent new and used equipment within our fleet of available assets

· Thoroughly understand the machines and competitive advantages of our equipment

· Communicate well with General Manager, Sales Manager Service Manager, Parts Department, and technicians in regard to customer needs

· Manage delivery of Sold and Rented assets with customers

Qualifications:

· Prior experience within the heavy equipment industry is a plus

· Proven record of building and maintaining customer relationships

· Positive attitude and desire to work well with others

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
