VP of Sales & Growth Operations

Compensation

$60K-$65K base + $14,000 annual on-target bonus at quota

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an ambitious, customer-focused professional who wants to build a lasting career in sales.

You do not need compressed gas experience to succeed. We are looking for someone who is coachable, competitive, organized, professional, and motivated to learn. In this role, you will support existing customers, pursue new business opportunities, and develop specialized knowledge in an essential industry with meaningful career potential.

What You’ll Do

· Respond quickly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries and customer requests.

· Generate accurate quotes, follow up consistently, and help move opportunities to close.

· Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to grow account revenue and strengthen retention.

· Track sales activity, notes, quotes, and opportunity follow-up with CRM.

· Follow a structured sales process and meet activity, follow-up, and performance expectations.

· Collaborate with operations, purchasing, customer service, and leadership to support customer needs.

· Learn All Safe Global’s products, services, customer applications, and competitive position.

· Build trust and credibility with buyers by delivering a customer experience that reflects our commitment to Quality, Safety, and Service.

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience considered.

· 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, account management, or a related role.

· Strong communication skills by phone, email, video, and text.

· Strong organizational skills, follow-up discipline, attention to detail, and time management skills.

· Comfort using CRM software, Outlook, Excel, and other business tools.

· Ability to learn quickly, follow a structured sales process, and produce consistent daily activity.

· Customer-focused, solution-driven, coachable, competitive, and professional.

Preferred Experience

Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, propane, compressed gas, safety products, wholesale distribution, or new business prospecting is a plus.
