Full Job Description

Onset Financial is an award-winning equipment finance company located in St. George, Utah. We’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients, while creating opportunities for our employees to thrive.

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing new business relationships, managing a pipeline of prospective clients, and providing financing solutions in the equipment leasing space. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is eager to learn, embrace coaching, and build a highly rewarding career.

Your Responsibilities will be:

Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and strategic outreach
Build your own pipeline and maintain your own book of business
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through funding
Understand customer financing needs and recommend customized equipment finance solutions
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
Collaborate with Credit and Documentation teams to ensure transactions meet all underwriting and documentation requirements
Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development

What you need to succeed:

Five years of sales experience preferred
Two years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience preferred
Ability to identify and close new business over the phone
Ability to successfully sell over the phone
Proven track record of executing high dollar transactions
Top performer attitude, unwavering work ethic, and a desire to succeed
Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Coachable mindset and motivation to implement feedback
Maintain a competitive, yet team oriented attitude
