Overview

We are looking for friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Staff to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and customer service duties that keep our front office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will help create a warm and professional atmosphere for clients and visitors alike.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately.
Manage office operations including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or clients.
Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and handling mail distribution.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of service.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a professional environment.

Requirements

Previous office management or clerical experience is highly preferred.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent phone etiquette and experience answering multi-line phone systems.
Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Good interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and team members.
Demonstrated computer literacy with typing, proofreading, and data entry capabilities.
