Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, and a keen attention to detail. As the first point of contact, you will represent our organization and play a crucial role in maintaining a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently.
Maintain an organized filing system for client records and office documents.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client concerns or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Experience

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability in office management and customer service.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
Experience in filing systems and managing customer support inquiries is a plus.
