Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk agent for our guest services team at a vibrant hospitality establishment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. You will maintain exceptional customer service, uphold hotel standards, and manage daily front desk operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for hospitality, this is your opportunity to make a positive impact on our guests’ stay.

Duties

All front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional phone etiquette
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently to handle guest requests and internal communications
Ensure accurate billing procedures are followed daily
Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
Maintain a welcoming environment by ensuring the front desk area is organized, clean, and inviting
Utilize multilingual skills or a translator app to assist diverse guests and enhance their experience
Uphold hotel management standards by adhering to policies related to guest privacy, safety, and security

Experience

Proven experience in hospitality roles with a focus on front desk operations
Strong background in guest services, customer service excellence, and hospitality industry best practices
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve an international clientele effectively
Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of resort or hotel management software systems is beneficial
Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality setting is desirable
