WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Provides excellent member experience by building and maintaining strong professional relationships through the Video Teller Machines.
Assist members with accurately processing a variety of video teller transactions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, and other various requests.
Maintains a high-level of confidentiality and accuracy while balancing each transaction and verifying cash totals.
Assists Contact Center growth by achieving established referral goals.
Ensures members are promptly and professionally served.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

High School diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. Customer service and data entry experience is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
Must be highly detailed.
