The Patient Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk while ensuring accurate registration, scheduling, and financial processes. As a Patient Representative, you will support both patients and clinical staff while maintaining efficiency, compassion, and attention to detail.
We are seeking a friendly, dependable Patient Representative to join our team at St. Joseph. The Patient Representative will greet patients, manage scheduling, verify insurance, collect payments, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival

Register patients accurately in the electronic system

Verify insurance and collect applicable copays or balances

Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls

Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Communicate effectively with technologists, radiologists, and clinic staff

Support overall front office workflow and patient experience
