Position Summary
Family Office Growth Partners is seeking an experienced Consolidated Reporting Platform & Client Onboarding Specialist to lead demonstrations, implementation, onboarding, and ongoing adoption of our consolidated reporting platform that we call Family Vault.
This is not an entry-level technology or customer support position. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience as a Client Service Associate (CSA), Senior Client Service Associate, Wealth Management Associate, Family Office Associate, or similar client-facing professional within a registered investment advisor (RIA), wealth management firm, multi-family office, private bank, trust company, or comparable financial services environment.
Prior hands-on experience with Addepar, Masttro, or Canoe is required.
The successful candidate must be comfortable communicating with sophisticated wealth advisors, family office professionals, and ultra-high-net-worth clients and have a strong working knowledge of the terminology, asset structures, reporting requirements, and operational complexities common within the wealth management and family office industries.
This individual must be able to independently conduct a polished platform demonstration, understand the client's financial environment, ask intelligent questions, and confidently guide an advisor or family through implementation. They should already understand the distinctions among traditional investments, alternative investments, private investments, trusts, entities, real estate, and other components of a complex family balance sheet.
The position will initially require approximately 20 hours per week and is expected to have the opportunity to develop into a full-time role as adoption of Family Vault continues to expand. For an exceptional candidate with the appropriate experience and capabilities, Family Office Growth Partners may consider a full-time position from the outset.
Primary Responsibilities
Family Vault™ Demonstrations
- Conduct professional Family Vault demonstrations for prospective and existing clients, wealth advisors, RIAs, family offices, and strategic partners.
- Tailor demonstrations to the audience and their specific client or family office needs rather than relying solely on a scripted product presentation.
- Clearly articulate how Family Vault can organize and provide visibility across a family's complex financial life.
- Demonstrate platform capabilities confidently and accurately, including document organization, financial information, consolidated reporting, and available aggregation capabilities.
- Understand and explain the different methods available for incorporating financial accounts, entities, investments, and other assets into consolidated reporting.
- Respond professionally and confidently to questions from experienced advisors and sophisticated clients.
- Coordinate follow-up demonstrations, training, or implementation discussions as needed.
Client & Advisor Onboarding
- Serve as the primary onboarding resource once a client, advisor, or firm elects to implement Family Vault.
- Lead the onboarding process from initial setup through successful implementation and adoption.
- Gather the information necessary to understand the client's family, entity, account, investment, and asset structure.
- Establish the appropriate Family Vault structure based on the client's circumstances and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate account setup, user access, permissions, document organization, and reporting requirements.
- Assist advisors and clients with organizing family entities, trusts, investment accounts, real estate, private investments, alternative investments, and other assets within the platform.
- Coordinate the collection and organization of information required for consolidated reporting.
- Maintain consistent communication with the client or advisor throughout implementation.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions to ensure users understand how to effectively utilize Family Vault.
- Provide follow-up support following implementation to encourage adoption and identify outstanding needs.
Consolidated Reporting & Aggregation
Family Vault incorporates sophisticated consolidated reporting and aggregation capabilities. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with complex investment, entity, and asset information.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop a thorough working knowledge of Family Vault and its consolidated reporting and aggregation capabilities.
- Understand traditional marketable securities as well as alternative and private investments, including private equity, venture capital, private credit, hedge funds, real estate, partnership interests, and other non-traditional assets.
- Understand the various methods available for incorporating custodial, alternative, private, and manually maintained assets into consolidated reporting.
- Assist clients and advisors in determining the appropriate approach for incorporating various accounts, entities, and asset types.
- Coordinate onboarding of financial institutions, investment accounts, entities, and alternative and private investments.
- Identify missing information, data-feed issues, or connectivity challenges and coordinate their resolution.
- Understand the reporting implications of different ownership, entity, account, and asset structures.
- Work with internal resources and technology partners to resolve implementation and reporting issues efficiently.
Client & Advisor Experience
This position will frequently represent Family Office Growth Partners directly in front of advisors, strategic partners, and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Professional presence, financial fluency, and confidence are essential.
The successful candidate must be able to:
- Lead client and advisor conversations independently and confidently.
- Understand and correctly use wealth management and family office terminology.
- Quickly understand a family's financial structure and ask appropriate follow-up questions.
- Communicate comfortably with financial advisors, CPAs, attorneys, family office professionals, investment managers, and other members of a client's advisory team.
- Understand the distinctions among custodial assets, marketable securities, alternative investments, private investments, and manually reported assets.
- Explain technical and reporting concepts in a polished and understandable manner.
- Recognize when a question requires additional technical or subject-matter expertise and coordinate the appropriate response without disrupting the client experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when working with confidential family and financial information.
Implementation & Internal Coordination
- Maintain an organized onboarding pipeline for Family Vault clients and strategic partners.
- Track implementation status, outstanding information, account connectivity, training, and follow-up requirements.
- Coordinate with Client Engagement Managers and other Family Office Growth Partners team members when Family Vault is part of a broader family office relationship.
- Document implementation procedures and contribute to the continued development of standardized onboarding protocols.
- Identify recurring implementation challenges and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in developing training materials, demonstration standards, onboarding checklists, and internal documentation.
- Provide feedback regarding client and advisor requests that may inform future platform enhancements.
- Ensure each implementation reflects the high-touch service standards of Family Office Growth Partners.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Addepar, Masttro, or Canoe is required. Candidates must have worked directly with at least one of these platforms in a client service, implementation, reporting, operations, or comparable capacity.
- Prior experience as a Client Service Associate, Senior Client Service Associate, Wealth Management Associate, Family Office Associate, or similar role within an RIA, wealth advisory firm, multi-family office, private bank, trust company, or comparable financial services organization.
- Strong understanding of consolidated wealth reporting and the aggregation of complex family balance sheets across multiple custodians, entities, and asset classes.
- Demonstrated understanding of traditional marketable securities, alternative investments, and private investments.
- Experience working with account aggregation, data feeds, manually maintained assets, alternative investment data, and multi-entity structures.
- Strong understanding of investment account structures, trusts, LLCs, partnerships, and other structures commonly associated with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families.
- Experience working directly with financial advisors and clients in a professional, client-facing capacity.
- Ability to conduct polished platform demonstrations, onboarding meetings, and training sessions.
- Strong technology aptitude and demonstrated ability to become proficient in sophisticated financial platforms quickly.
- Exceptional organizational, project-management, and follow-through skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client implementations and competing priorities.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with ultra-high-net-worth families or complex multi-generational family structures.
- Experience implementing or administering Addepar, Masttro, Canoe, or a combination of these platforms.
- Experience transitioning clients between sophisticated reporting or aggregation platforms.
- Experience troubleshooting custodial feeds, alternative investment reporting, entity structures, and other data aggregation issues.
- Experience within an independent RIA, multi-family office, or outsourced family office environment.
- Experience coordinating directly with custodians, investment managers, CPAs, attorneys, and other members of a client's professional advisory team.
- Experience conducting client-facing technology demonstrations and implementation training.
Professional Profile
We are specifically seeking an individual who already understands sophisticated wealth reporting and aggregation environments. This is not a position for someone who will be learning the fundamentals of consolidated reporting, alternative investments, private assets, or complex family balance sheets while onboarding our clients.
The right candidate should be able to leverage their experience with Addepar, Masttro, or Canoe to quickly become proficient in the Family Vault environment and its underlying reporting and aggregation technology.
When an advisor asks how a private investment, alternative asset, trust, entity, separately managed account, partnership interest, or other holding can be incorporated into consolidated reporting, this individual should understand the question immediately and be able to confidently explain the available options or determine the appropriate solution.
We are looking for a seasoned wealth management professional who is also highly capable with technology, someone who understands the client and advisor environment first and can then apply that knowledge to the Family Vault platform.
The successful candidate will be polished enough to independently lead a demonstration for an experienced RIA or family office, detailed enough to manage the implementation that follows, and knowledgeable enough to earn the confidence of sophisticated advisors and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
The position will initially be structured at approximately 20 hours per week, with compensation of $35–$50 per hour depending on experience.
As Family Vault adoption continues to expand, the position is expected to have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with broader responsibility for platform implementation, advisor onboarding, training, and client adoption.
Family Office Growth Partners will also consider an immediate full-time structure for an exceptional candidate who brings the depth of wealth management, client service, consolidated reporting, and implementation experience required to assume broader responsibility from the outset.
