Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or a medical spa
- Experience working with multiple skin types and a wide range of patient concerns
- Interest in Korean skincare, facial techniques, ingredients, and treatment philosophies
- Experience helping develop treatment protocols or launch a new service line
- Knowledge of professional and physician-dispensed skincare

The Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate is warm, knowledgeable, polished, and genuinely invested in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. They understand that excellent aesthetic care is not only about performing a treatment. It is also about listening, educating, setting realistic expectations, and creating a thoughtful long-term plan.
This person should be excited to combine results-driven medical aesthetics with the layered, personalized approach found in Korean skincare. They should also be comfortable helping build something new, contributing ideas, testing protocols, and collaborating with the team as the program grows.
