Full Job Description

Are you ready to shape the future of play through storytelling? As a Sr. Social Media Creative, you'll craft the words and narratives that bring LEGO campaigns to life for millions of fans across the globe. If you're passionate about ideas, social media, and innovative storytelling, this is your chance to make a lasting impact!

Core Responsibilities

As the Sr. Social Media Creative at Our LEGO Agency (OLA), you will play an important role within the LEGO in-house agency US creative team, combining hands-on creative thinking and helping us to expand our social first ideas.

Work on the identity of social campaigns through impactful, on-brand copywriting.
Work with writers and content creators in developing ideas, scripts, headlines, and messaging frameworks.
Ensure storytelling is clear, engaging, and culturally relevant across platforms (digital, social, retail, broadcast).
Collaborate with strategists and art directors to build narratives that meet marketing objectives and resonate with diverse audiences.
Work with project teams to create great conceptual work.
Drive creative excellence, and impact on business, by creating, adapting and making work on global and local creative platforms and innovation and social media campaigns for the LEGO® Brand.
Demonstrate a deep understanding and familiarity with modern advertising, digital and social marketing practices
Work and collaborate in direct campaigns at franchise level across the OESP ecosystem
Collaborate with strategy early on to ensure clear, strong creative briefs that meet marketing objectives
Help the development of ideas from concept to playbook to final execution
Be part of production of campaigns and approves vendors + final assets

Do you have what it takes

Strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, social media, storytelling craft, and versatility across channels integrated campaigns.
Mid-level experience writing and leading messaging for global campaigns, from headlines to scripts to social-first concepting.
Experience at advertising agencies or other creative companies
Ability to adapt tone of voice to different audiences and product lines, while staying consistent with the brand's voice.

A proven track-record of delivering influential and creative solutions
Ability to lead and craft conceptual advertising executions from brief to production
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire senior partners
Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
Collaborative spirit, with the ability to lead teams effectively
Strong prioritization skills, a curiosity for learning and a growth mindset

Additional details on this position

This Lead Professional position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA.
Our workplace enables our LEGO Group colleagues to be and do their best at work. Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $75,436.00 - $113,154.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
