The IT Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the university’s technology infrastructure, systems, and services. This role ensures the institution’s technology resources effectively advance teaching, learning, research, and administrative goals. The IT Manager oversees multiple related teams, manages resources and priorities, and promotes a culture of excellence, innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Nature of Work
Develops, maintains, and supports computer systems, software, and networks. Functions may include enterprise operations, distributed computing, academic computing, research computing, computer hardware and software management, networking, telecommunications, systems development, database administration, server administration, website management, end user engineering, and service desk operations.

Executes and maintains cost modeling frameworks including zero-based budgeting, showback, chargeback, and activity-based costing to support accurate service costing and budget planning
