Full Job Description

Do you enjoy making a daily difference in the lives of others? Professional Therapeutic Community Network has opportunities for Residential Associate positions in the Salem/Keizer area.

Professional Therapeutic Community Network is a community based organization supporting individuals with dual diagnoses and affiliation with the courts, Child Welfare, and/or come from other residential facilities for criminal behavior. On-going training in offender behavior and behavior management is provided. Our mission is to expand the horizons and enhance the quality of life for those we support. Residential Associates are responsible for the delivery of services to individuals who reside within our treatment homes. Services include providing direct care support, medication administration, and implementation of support documents. Experience is preferred but not required.

Starting Wage:

$20.00 per hour for weekday shifts
$20.75 per hour for Saturday/Sunday shifts

Benefits:

Agency will work around college course schedule

Positions:

Part-Time (16-34 hours)
Full-Time positions (40 hours)

General Requirements:

High School diploma or GED
Valid and current driver's license
Minimum three years driving experience
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check

Physical Demands:-

Lifting (up to 35 pounds)
Typing and sitting to complete documentation
Standing for long periods of time and walking (sometimes on rough terrain)
Driving a vehicle (to resident appointments, etc.)
Ability to demonstrate and perform physical restraints when necessary
Participate in resident preferred activities (bike riding, walking, meal preparation, etc.) that vary by program
