Job Title: CNC Operator
Location: Patterson, CA
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience operating CNC machinery and a strong focus on precision and quality. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and load CNC machines to perform milling tasks, etc.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
Demonstrate exceptional precision part loading skills by carefully positioning and securing raw materials into the CNC machine, ensuring proper alignment and minimizing errors during the machining process.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency, making adjustments as necessary.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Must have experience as a CNC Operator. Do Not apply if you don't have at least 2 years' experience as a CNC mill operator.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong precision part loading skills, with the ability to handle delicate or complex materials while maintaining tight tolerances.
Basic knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation.
Ability to use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in CNC machining is a plus.
