Dental Front Office Coordinator / Receptionist

Join our growing dental practice in a beautiful mountain town with incredible views! We're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated team player who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent customer service skills and love being part of a positive team, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

Welcome and check in patients with a warm, friendly attitude
Answer phones and respond promptly to messages
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
Verify insurance benefits and explain financial responsibilities
Process payments and assist with billing
Help keep the daily schedule running smoothly
Learn and utilize Dentrix Ascend software

What We're Looking For:

Positive, dependable, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable learning new software (Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus)
