Sales & Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Sales & Marketing lead to support our marketing and sales efforts across website updates, content creation, campaign execution, and brand-focused strategy work.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and practical marketing work. You’ll help strengthen our brand messaging, support campaign planning, update marketing materials, and assist with day-to-day content production across digital and print channels.
About the role
As our lead you’ll help improve how our company presents itself to customers, prospects, and industry partners. You’ll review existing marketing materials, website, photography, videos, testimonials, brochures, and other brand assets to identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll also assist with competitor and market research, help gather input from key team members, and turn that information into clearer messaging and stronger marketing content.
A major part of this role will involve supporting brand messaging and positioning. You’ll help define value propositions, audience profiles, key messages, and brand story elements that can guide future marketing efforts. You should be comfortable taking business goals and customer insights and turning them into clear, compelling language.
You’ll also support campaign development and execution. This may include writing email campaigns, promotional copy, short-form case study emails, youtube and Instagram, TickTok posts, customer story content, and reusable templates for future communications. You’ll help turn testimonials, case studies, and customer feedback into practical marketing materials that can be used across multiple channels.
Website, content, and digital marketing support
In addition to strategy and campaign work, you’ll assist with website, SEO, and content updates. This may include auditing existing website messaging, refreshing page copy, recommending SEO keywords, coordinating website updates, and helping guide imagery, photography, and visual storytelling.
You’ll also support ongoing marketing production, including updates to brochures, manuals, printed materials, photos, and promotional videos. Experience with using ChatGPT or AI for basic photo editing, Imovie(apple) for video editing, email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp, and social media engagement is helpful.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate is a strong writer, editor, and organizer who understands how marketing supports sales and business growth. You should be able to balance creativity with practical execution and feel comfortable moving between brand strategy, content development, campaign support, and day-to-day marketing tasks.
Your experience consists of understanding audience segmentation, value propositions, brand voice, customer stories, testimonials, and basic SEO principles.
Required experience
We’re looking for someone with 1+ years of experience or University Grad in marketing, brand strategy, content strategy, communications, or a related role. A portfolio or writing samples are required and should show examples of campaign emails, social posts, brand messaging, content strategy, or similar work.
Nice to have
Experience with B2B marketing, launch campaigns, email newsletters, video scripts, customer testimonials, case studies, SEO research tools, brand guidelines, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, brochure layouts, manuals, or design file updates would be a plus.
