About The Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support engineering and construction projects by keeping teams organized, informed, and moving forward. This role provides hands-on coordination, documentation, and follow-through to help projects stay aligned with established schedules and requirements. The Project Coordinator works closely with Project Managers, Project Schedulers, Engineers, and Vendors in a collaborative project environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily project activities and support task follow-through
Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and records
Track milestones, action items, RFIs, and deliverables; follow up to closure
Collect progress updates and coordinate inputs with the Project Scheduler
Prepare routine project reports, meeting minutes, and project communications
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, vendors, and contractors
Assist with material tracking, site logistics, and vendor coordination as needed
Support compliance, safety documentation, and audit readiness
Identify risks, issues, or delays and escalate to project leadership as appropriate

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
2-5 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role
Experience in engineering, construction, or industrial project environments preferred
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365; familiarity with project or scheduling tools a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-based environment
