What You'll Do
As a Tool & Die Technician, you'll help keep our tooling and production equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably by:

Maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production dies, tooling, fixtures, and assemblies
-
Diagnosing tooling issues and performing repairs to minimize downtime
-
Performing preventive maintenance on tooling and tool room equipment
-
Operating manual machining equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, drill presses, presses, and band saws
-
Using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and dial indicators
-
Reading blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate, modify, and repair tooling
-
Supporting die changeovers, equipment setup, and production startup activities
-
Working closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to improve tooling performance, safety, and reliability

Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation

What We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

Tool & Die
-
Machining
-
Industrial maintenance
-
Fabrication
-
Welding
-
Automotive manufacturing
-
Stamping operations
Additional qualifications include:
-
Experience operating manual machining equipment such as mills, lathes, grinders, or drill presses
-
Experience with die changeovers, equipment setup, troubleshooting, or preventive maintenance
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
-
Experience using precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and dial indicators
-
Technical school, apprenticeship, or related skilled trades training is preferred
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
