About the Role
We are hiring a hands-on, operationally-minded Senior Accounting Manager to take ownership of our accounting function. We need a leader who can roll up their sleeves, build systems from the ground up, and manage day-to-day accounting operations with rigor. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting skills with the ability to design and improve accounting related operational workflows, and is comfortable using AI and modern tools to streamline complex processes such as commission and bonus calculations.
You will be managing a small team including two overseas operations personnel, a full-time AR expert and ongoing relationships with outsourcing and consulting firms. Reports to the COO with a high level of interaction with the CEO.

- Is capable of communicating effectively cross-functionally, gaining consensus on process changes and holding peers accountable to their responsibilities.
- Can prioritize their work effectively, balancing the day-to-day needs of the company with longer term initiatives.
- Has a strong understanding of process optimization and definition. Can simplify issues to their root causes and effectively develop effective solutions.
- Has a relentless focus on doing what is right for their stakeholders, customers and teammates.
- Can grow into a greater leadership position within the company as we scale and expand operations.
