Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)

VitalCare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient primary care practice on Maryland's Eastern Shore. This is an excellent opportunity to practice comprehensive primary care in a modern, patient-centered environment while building long-term relationships with patients while enjoying an outstanding work-life balance.

Position Highlights

· 100% Outpatient Primary Care

· Monday–Friday schedule

· Minimal telephone call

Responsibilities

· Provide comprehensive primary care services.

· Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and chronic disease management.

· Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.

· Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary providers.

· Order and interpret diagnostic testing.

· Educate patients on preventive health and lifestyle modification.

· Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation.

QualificationsRequired

· MD or DO

· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

· Eligible for Maryland medical license

· DEA registration (or eligible)

· Excellent communication and patient-centered approach

· J1 sponsorship will be considered
