Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team! This vital role combines financial oversight with efficient office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to support our team with a positive attitude. You will be instrumental in maintaining financial records, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and staff alike.

Duties

Manage all aspects of bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
Oversee front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and paper documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information
Provide administrative support such as data entry, proofreading documents, calendar management, and scheduling appointments
Handle customer support inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette and bilingual communication skills if applicable
Coordinate office supplies procurement, manage office equipment maintenance, and ensure a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and general computer literacy
Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
Strong communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus to serve diverse clients and team members effectively
Experience in customer service or reception
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure. We value energetic individuals who are eager to contribute their skills in a supportive environment that promotes growth and excellence.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
