Quality Control Associate

Job Summary

As a Quality Control Associate, you’ll help ensure our products meet company standards while contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our operations. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in details, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

Stay self-motivated and follow directions with confidence
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks
Clean and process textile products coming off laser equipment, including use of washing machines
Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met
Identify issues and support solutions to improve efficiency
Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay focused and consistent in a production environment
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and meet expectations

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or quality experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working around production equipment
