Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Hospice

In this role, you will deliver personalized, hands-on care to help patients remain safe, comfortable, and cared for, wherever they call home. What You'll Do

As a valued member of our Hospice team, you will:

Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and daily living activities
Support comfort and safety within the home environment
Offer emotional support and reassurance to both patients and their families
Observe and promptly communicate changes in patient condition to the RN and clinical leadership team
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient space
Accurately document care provided in accordance with agency standards
Assist with prescribed therapy exercises under clinical supervision
Uphold patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times

Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification through the State of Texas
Ability to work compassionately with patients and families from diverse backgrounds
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to recognize changes in patient condition and report appropriately
Dependable attendance and excellent work habits
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
