*Overview*

We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will embody a warm and welcoming attitude, possess excellent phone etiquette, and have a passion for providing top-notch guest services.

*Responsibilities*

- Oversee front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes

- Manage phone systems efficiently and direct calls to the appropriate departments

- Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting guests warmly and addressing their inquiries promptly

- Handle guest requests, including luggage assistance and room delivery

- Conduct night audits as needed to review guest accounts and ensure accuracy

- Address any guest complaints or difficult situations with professionalism

- Collaborate with other hotel staff to maintain a high standard of service

- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times

*Requirements*

- Previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles

- Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus
