Full Job Description

The Senior Vice President leads operational leaders, driving excellence, cross-functional collaboration, business growth, profitability, and continuous improvement. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this position partners closely with other departments to develop and execute long term strategies, strengthen organizational capability, foster a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation, and position the Company for continued growth and exceptional client service.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

Provide executive oversight of the Company's client relationship strategy, ensuring consistent service excellence, retention, and long-term client partnerships across all regions.
Build and maintain executive relationships with key clients and strategic accounts, serving as the senior operational escalation point when necessary.
Ensure Operations Leadership maintains timely, effective communication with clients and meets established service expectations.
Review and monitor Account Risk Profiles for Strategic Accounts to identify emerging risks, trends, and opportunities, and direct appropriate corrective actions.
Partner with Operations Leadership to strengthen relationships with executive stakeholders across Facilities/Workplace, Finance, Sourcing, EH&S, Engineering, and other client leadership teams.
Conduct executive client visits as appropriate to support major accounts, contract renewals, business reviews, operational performance, and issue resolution.
Lead executive business reviews and strategic discussions with key clients to strengthen partnerships, drive continuous improvement, and identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure client commitments, action items, and service initiatives are effectively tracked, communicated, and executed throughout the organization.
Represent the Company at industry, client, and Company-sponsored events to strengthen client relationships, support business development, and promote the Company's brand, including availability outside standard business hours as business needs require.
Provide executive oversight to ensure operational execution and account retention consistently meets contractual obligations, Company standards, and client expectations across all business units.
Establish operational performance standards, leverage technology, and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, service quality, and organizational consistency.
Ensure Operations Leadership effectively manages vendor and subcontractor performance while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations, applicable laws, and industry standards.
Provide executive oversight of the Company's safety strategy, ensuring a strong culture of safety, regulatory compliance, and achievement of established safety objectives.
Identify operational risks, remove barriers to execution, and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve scalability, operational excellence, and long-term business performance.
Provide executive oversight of strategic account performance, ensuring Operations Leadership delivers Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), tracks objectives and key results (OKRs), and implements value-added initiatives that strengthen client partnerships.
Establish performance expectations and accountability for client retention, revenue growth, service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Partner with Business Development and Operations Leadership to support strategic pursuits, assist with proposal development and presentations, and drive new business, organic growth, and contract expansions.
Foster collaboration across business units to maximize cross-selling opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support the Company's long-term growth strategy.
Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the Company's strategic objectives and drive growth, operational excellence, and organizational performance.
Provide executive oversight of financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, billing performance, job costing, contract renewals, and profitability initiatives.
Establish financial and operational performance expectations, monitor key metrics, and implement corrective actions to achieve revenue, margin, labor, and cost management objectives.
Ensure Operations Leadership effectively manages operational resources, including workforce planning, equipment, fleet, inventory, training, and successful mobilization of new business.
Lead the resolution of significant operational and client issues, removing barriers to execution while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction and service quality.
Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
Lead Operations Leadership meetings to align priorities, drive accountability, and remove barriers to execution.
Foster collaboration across Operations and support departments to deliver exceptional client service and organizational performance.
Partner with Human Resources to lead talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce strategies that support current operations and future growth.

Pay: $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
