Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Interior Designer and bring innovative, functional, and aesthetically captivating spaces to life! In this energetic role, you will harness your creative talents and technical expertise to craft inspiring interior environments that meet client needs and project specifications. From conceptual design to project completion, you will play a pivotal role in transforming spaces through meticulous planning, detailed drafting, and collaborative execution. This position offers a vibrant opportunity to shape environments that enhance lifestyles and elevate brands.

Duties

Develop comprehensive interior design concepts using tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite to visualize and communicate ideas effectively.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations that incorporate color theory, lighting design, and material selections aligned with client preferences and functional requirements.
Oversee renovation and remodeling projects from initial planning through construction, ensuring adherence to design intent, budgets, and schedules.
Coordinate with project teams on lighting sales, installation details, and construction processes to ensure seamless execution of interior environments.
Manage contracts, procurement processes, and budgeting activities to optimize resources while maintaining high-quality standards.
Conduct site visits for inspections, quality assurance, and troubleshooting during construction phases to ensure design integrity is maintained.

Qualifications

Proven experience in interior design with proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Photoshop, Bluebeam, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong drafting skills combined with a solid understanding of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) principles and construction documentation.
Knowledge of lighting sales, lighting design principles, renovation techniques, remodeling processes, and construction management.
Familiarity with project management practices including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
Ability to interpret contracts and specifications while ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Excellent sense of color theory combined with a creative eye for interior aesthetics that enhance space functionality.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients and cross-disciplinary teams throughout all project phases.
