Full Job Description

Summary

The Senior Account Manager – Infrastructure is a critical revenue-generating role within Neptuno Networks, responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic client relationships while driving the full sales lifecycle for infrastructure-related solutions.

This role focuses on selling and positioning Neptuno Networks’ portfolio of Data Center services, infrastructure solutions, software licensing, and professional services hours, acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise and mid-market customers. The position requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure environments, a disciplined sales methodology, and the ability to manage complex, high-value opportunities from discovery through contract execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

Develop and manage a portfolio of named and strategic accounts, building long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders
Drive the complete sales cycle for infrastructure solutions, including prospecting, discovery, solution design, proof-of-concept coordination, pricing, negotiation, and closing
Position and sell Neptuno Networks’ services and solutions, including Data Center services, infrastructure projects, licensing, and professional services
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through outbound lead generation and territory planning
Collaborate with technical, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with customer business and technical requirements
Lead customer meetings, presentations, and solution discussions with executive, operational, and technical audiences
Develop and execute account plans and territory strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and quotas
Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions while ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM system
Ensure disciplined sales process execution and forecast accuracy
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape related to infrastructure and data center services
Act as a brand ambassador for Neptuno Networks, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on infrastructure, data center, or enterprise technology solutions
Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and high-value accounts
Experience selling professional services and technology licensing strongly preferred

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
