GRC Executive Search is conducting a search for a Financial Analyst on behalf of a growing and innovative organization seeking a highly analytical finance professional to support strategic decision-making and business performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working with data, building financial models, identifying business trends, and partnering with leadership to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for management.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes.
Develop financial models to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, utilization, and key business performance indicators.
Monitor cash flow and assist with short- and long-term financial forecasting.
Prepare executive-level presentations and management reports.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial and operational performance.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to provide actionable business insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or a related discipline.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
Experience preparing financial reports and working with large datasets.
Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in professional services or consulting environments is preferred.
CPA designation or progress toward a professional certification is a plus.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies to improve reporting and workflow efficiency is preferred.
