We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Interior Designer with 3-5 years to join our creative team! In this role, you will bring spaces to life through visionary design, meticulous planning, and expert execution. Your passion for aesthetics combined with technical expertise will help transform client visions into stunning realities. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact on residential, commercial, or hospitality environments by blending functionality with style. As an Interior Designer with us, you’ll be at the forefront of inspiring spaces that elevate everyday experiences and reflect unique personalities and brand identities.

Duties

Extensive knowledge of sourcing furnishing logistics of orders, storage ,and deliveries.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers during projects for all furnishing orders.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals, translating ideas into compelling design concepts.
Develop detailed interior design plans using advanced software : SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and create renderings. Create accurate 3D models and visualizations.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently through effective project management practices to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
Prepare presentation materials using Autocad, Revit, and 3 D modeling.
Draft detailed specifications for furniture, fixtures, finishes (FF&E), lighting fixtures, and materials selection aligned with client expectations.
Experience managing multiple projects from conception through completion while adhering to budgets and deadlines.
Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and coordinate seamlessly between designers and builders during renovation or construction phases.
