Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender / Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring that guests have great experiences, that last a lifetime and keep coming back
PARADISO Restaurant is looking for reliable, friendly, outgoing & professional bar professionals . Previous fine dining experience required, night and weekend availability required for all positions. Looking for professionals that are ready to do throw down on the well and give great customer service.
Bartender position
*5+ years experience in the industry (Please do not apply if you do not have fine dining experience.)
*Must be available for Saturday & Sunday day and/or night time shifts - please do not apply if you cannot work these shifts
*Weekday Lunch shifts and Dinner shifts available (Typically our staff works 3-5 shifts weekly)
*Must have knowledge of wines and wine regions
*Must have knowledge of spirits/cocktails
Bartender:
*Must be 21 or older to apply for the position
*Must be available Friday Saturday and/or Sunday brunch and nights
*Ability to serve and bartend
*knowledge of wine and regions
*Mixologist a must!
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour + up to $50+ an hour in TIPS

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
- Ordering and inventory of all bar liquor products
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with owners / management on new drinks keeping bar menu fresh and exciting

- Understanding of food safety practices to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
