Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated carpernter to join our dynamic construction and restoration team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry, construction, and restoration tasks with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling and renovation to restoration industry assignments, utilizing your extensive skills in carpentry, fabrication, and construction.
Responsibilities
- Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, siding, roofing, and drywall work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively on various job sites
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project plans precisely
- Install fixtures, mold remediation systems, rebar for concrete forming, and perform masonry or tile laying tasks as needed
- Conduct heavy lifting and assist in demolition or restoration projects involving water damage remediation or structural repairs
- Apply caulking, stucco finishing, plastering, electrical wiring, plumbing connections, and flooring installation to meet project specifications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed and projects adhere to industry standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, or related fields within the construction or restoration industry
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, scaffolding setup, and other construction equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on demanding job sites
- Familiarity with water damage restoration techniques including mold remediation and structural drying processes
- Knowledge of roofing systems, siding installation (including stucco), cabinetry work, fixture installation (doors/windows), and flooring or tile laying
- Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety standards; OSHA certification is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward project completion

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
