We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Front Desk/Treatment Plan Coordinator who is eager to grow with our practice and make every patient feel welcomed and valued.

Has previous dental office experience.

What You'll Do

As our Front Desk/Treatment Plan Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in creating an exceptional patient experience by:

Welcoming patients with a friendly smile and checking them in and out.
Presenting and explaining treatment plans with confidence and compassion.
Educating patients about recommended treatment and financial options.
Scheduling appointments efficiently to maximize doctor and hygiene schedules.
Confirming appointments and helping reduce schedule gaps.
Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility.
Entering and maintaining accurate patient information in our dental software.
Reviewing patient accounts for accuracy and completeness.
Collecting payments and discussing financial arrangements.
Supporting marketing initiatives and helping grow our patient family.
Working closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of front office experience, preferably in a dental office.
Experience presenting treatment plans is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable using dental practice management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
